Ponte Vedra FL Newborn Boy Photo Shoot

Gorgeous baby boy in my St. Augustine FL studio this weekend! This newborn came in at a week old with his brother and two sisters to create some beautiful photos together. The older kids were so cooperative to do multiple wardrobe changes, so we got some absolutely stunning sibling shots like the one all in white; I definitely printed that one out to hang in my studio! I love neutral tones for sibling photos because it creates a cohesive look that makes everyone immediately focus on the faces in the picture instead of on the clothing, when possible, it is magical moment to capture. The amazing mom who contacted me to do the photos, Mary, also wanted earth tones for the family photos all together and chose a neutral beige background to tie it all together. Mustard yellow, earthy green, and a deep maroon red, really worked well together to give the photos an organic feel. I also loved being able to incorporate Dad’s soccer (football) hobby with custom props, and also a mohair stuffy of a lion to tie in baby’s name: Leo. Using unique, hand made props is just one of the many ways I make each baby’s studio session special and catered to that particular family.
