When is the best time to schedule my maternity photo shoot?? This is a great question! We have great locations all around Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville, and St. Augustine to do photo sessions so outdoor photo shoots to celebrate your baby bump give you never ending options! If you are interested in an outdoor photo shoot then the best time to schedule it is when you are 31-34 weeks. This allows you to be more mobile as we walk on the beach or outdoor path in a national park like Washington Oaks Park. These outside photos are done during golden hour, about an hour to an and a half before the sun goes down so we get that gorgeous golden, sunset light! If you are more interested in a fine art studio shoot than you can book any time from the time you feel like your belly is pronounced enough to about 35 weeks. Sooner is usually better for maternity photo sessions because babies have a habit of coming on their own time and sometimes that time can be early!
