Celebrating Lily’s Second Birthday

I don’t know where the time went, but suddenly it was time for this sweet girl’s second cake smash with me! I spent the afternoon putting together the gold hoop with some beautiful flowers and foliage to frame it with, and then found the perfect vintage dresses to go with the set up. I knew I needed something special to tie the outfit together, so I ran to my craft closet and whipped up a flower crown for Lily to wear in her beautiful curly hair. All in all, I love these photos more than I can tell you, and am so proud of how this simple, yet elegant, set up turned out! I had a beautiful model who was full of spunk and character to make this entire session one of the most gorgeous, and most fun, set ups of all time. Her brothers joining in on the fun at the end was the cherry on top, those three are best friends and it really shows in their photos together. It was the perfect session to try out my new studio lighting and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how Lily’s second cake smash photos turned out!
